1. Order & Payment
How do I place an order?
Placing an order at Leaffify is easy! Add the desired product to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. There you can fill in your details and pay via our secure payment environment.

- For orders under €50, standard shipping costs of €5.95 apply.
How long does delivery take?
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 working days
- Other EU countries: 3-7 working days
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code , so you can track the package.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
How do I return my order?
Send an email to info@leaffify.com with your order number and the reason for return. You will then receive instructions for returning the product. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount within 5 working days .
Are there any costs associated with returns?
Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case, we will cover the costs.
