Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:
Returns are possible within 30 days after receipt
of your order.
- The item must be undamaged, unused and in the
original packaging must be returned. - Hygiene products can only be returned
if the seal is not broken.
How do you return an order?
- Create your return: Send an email to info@leaffify.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Pack the item: Make sure the product is properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.
- Return the package to our return address on the packing slip. Include a copy of the packing slip
to your return package.
